A B.A. (Economics), Sethuraman leveraged his experience and established his company called Fregoosan. Working on revamping, Retrofit, A.M.C., assembling of window/split,& rental of air-conditioning plant at exhibition and Malls.
Between 1994 and 1998 he was the Director, Eackon Systems Pvt. Ltd., Dealer for M/s.Blue Star Ltd. Under his leadership the company was awarded the All India No.1 dealer for M/s.Blue Star Ltd. He managed the Service and Erection teams, finance, generating new clients and built a relationships with architects and interior decorators. Between 1989 & 1994, at Blue Star, he spent time in sales and distribution management. He also worked on several large projects. Between 1984 and 1989, he worked at Enfield Electronics Ltd. He handled, at this role, 120 dealers and 4 distributors.
